A leading financial services provider in Roodepoort seeks an experienced individual to implement and manage Insurance sales strategies via Contact Centres. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in sales and project management within the insurance and banking sectors. Full-time position with no remote work options.

Qualifications

  • FAIS Key Individual (RE1) certification.
  • 5-7 years sales experience in Commercial Asset Finance.
  • 3-4 years experience in insurance sales strategies and products.

Responsibilities

  • Support various business units in Insurance sales process.
  • Implement medium to long term Insurance Sales strategy via Contact Centres.
  • Manage POC team within Business efficiently.

Job description

To support various business units within Insurance with the implementation guidance and oversight of sales process for various different business partners internal or external stakeholders.

To implement medium to long term Insurance Sales strategy via Contact Centres across commercial long-term and short-term products for Standard Bank Insurance order to enable the various Contact Centres (new or existing) to sell insurance policies and support with Process support queries analysis sales setup coordination project management and associated risk processes to enable contact centre to sell efficiently. To set up and enable 3rd party Contact centres supporting insurance sales. To support manage and drive the POC team within Business efficiently and effectively
