Job Description
The University Relations Division plays a vital strategic and operational role in shaping the public perception, reputation, and stakeholder engagement of the university. This division functions as the central hub for all institutional communications, external engagement, brand positioning, and public interface, ensuring the university maintains a consistent, compelling, and credible voice across all platforms. The Marketing and Brand Department within the University Relations Division focuses on internal and external marketing, corporate branding, graphic design, events management and social media management.
The Marketing and Brand department ensures that the university brand is consistent throughout all internal and external communications and that all marketing initiatives enhance the university's reputation, foster engagement, and support student recruitment.
Job Purpose
The Graphic Designer’s key function is to conceptualise ideas through the integration of text, typography and illustrations in the production of printed and marketing material. The Graphic Designer is supplied with raw information by the client, which is utilised to create, design and transform into a visually pleasing, printable product that satisfies the client as well as communicates the intended message.
