Construction Manager (CM) – responsible for the management of the project execution activities of the project.
The CM will be required to ensure effective utilization of site resources.
The incumbent's main duties are to ensure effective project execution according to specification and SHEQ requirements, and within the allocated timeframes and budgets provided by the Project Manager (PM).
