Duration of Programme: A 18-month period comprising of
  • Exposure to supply chain support functions with an emphasis Processing Cider Making
  • Improvement projects and workplace exposure
  • Stand in periods for specific job roles
  • The business value-chain and core business fundamentals
Structure:
  • An intensive overview of Supply Chain function streams gaining exposure in the dynamic Manufacturing environmentand exposure in challenging and exciting projects.
  • Graduates are developed and coached by technical experts in their respective fields.
  • A learning journey linked to an Action Learning Project with specific business deliverables.
We require Graduates in the following locations:

Minimum Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification (Degree) in of the following fields: BSC Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Food Technoloy
