Hospitality and Outdoor is seeking an experienced Management Couple to join a prestigious Luxury Beach Lodge in the Western Cape. The couple will play a hands-on role in maintaining exceptional service standards and daily lodge operations.

Ideal candidates have 5 years lodge management or 2–3 years general management in luxury settings, strong financial acumen, and proven guest relations skills. Start date December 2026.

• 5 years lodge management experience or 2–3 years general management in luxury establishment (Essential)
• Strong financial acumen and basic administration skills
• Proven experience in guest relations and luxury hospitality
• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team

Responsabilités

• Maintain exceptional service standards across daily lodge operations
• Oversee guest relations and guest experience at the luxury beach lodge
• Manage staff and coordinate day-to-day functioning of the lodge
• Collaborate with the leadership to ensure high presentation, cleanliness and safety standards

Hospitality and Outdoor Establishment:

Hospitality & Outdoor is seeking an experienced Management Couple to join a prestigious Luxury Beach Lodge in the Western Cape. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced lodge management team with a strong background in luxury hospitality, guest relations, and daily lodge operations. The successful couple will play a hands‑on role in maintaining exceptional service standards and ensuring the smooth running of this exclusive beach lodge.

Job Requirements – Management Couple

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Management or Hospitality (Beneficial)
• Minimum 5 years’ Lodge Management experience or 2–3 years’ General Management experience in a luxury establishment (Essential)
• Strong financial acumen and basic administration skills
• Proven experience in guest relations and luxury hospitality
• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team
• Professional, reliable, hands‑on approach
• Valid PrDP licence
• Computer literate with experience using POS and stock control systems
• Strong communication and staff management skills
• Ability to maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, safety, and presentation
