You will analyze end-to-end processes, identify improvement opportunities and develop innovative solutions to reduce costs and improve performance.

The role requires 4–6 years in supply chain or management consulting, strong analytical skills and ability to work with diverse client teams;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 4–6 years in supply chain, logistics or management consulting with focus on SC.
• Proven ability to analyze and improve supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze end-to-end supply chain processes across procurement, manufacturing, logistics and distribution.
• Identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for cost savings and performance gains.
• Develop strategies to optimize inventory, transport routes and warehouse operations.
• Use data analytics and modeling to support recommendations and forecast outcomes.
• Collaborate with client teams to implement supply chain improvements.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or management consulting with a focus on supply chain.
• Proven experience in analyzing and improving supply chain operations.
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning, execution, and technology solutions (e.g., WMS, TMS, ERP).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and client stakeholders.
• Familiarity with the industrial and port dynamics of Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal is a significant advantage.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
