With 5+ years of experience in consulting or improvements, you’ll lead KPI-driven initiatives, facilitate workshops, and work closely with client leadership to ensure sustainable adoption of best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in management consulting, operations, or performance improvement.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing operational improvements.
• Strong analytical skills with data analysis and performance measurement experience.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma continuous improvement methodologies.
