The role requires a minimum of 5 years' experience in management consulting or operations management with a proven track record in Lean/Six Sigma and delivering tangible client results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in management consulting, operations management, or related field with focus on operational improvement.
• Proven experience diagnosing operational challenges and implementing effective solutions.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead projects and deliver tangible client results.

Responsibilities
