Placements24 is hiring a Management Consultant specializing in Operations to join our Bloemfontein team. You will analyze processes, design efficient workflows, and drive Lean/Six Sigma initiatives to boost productivity and cut costs.

Based on-site, you will lead client engagements, develop KPIs, and implement sustainable improvements across client operations in the region. Travel to client sites is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 4-6 years experience in operations consulting or internal improvement roles.
• Expertise in process mapping, optimization, and Lean/Six Sigma.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement in Bloemfontein.
