You will advise banks, insurers, and asset managers on regulatory compliance, digital transformation, and market entry strategies from our Centurion offices, with a hybrid work model.

You will lead client engagements, conduct in-depth analytics, facilitate workshops, and deliver strategic insights that drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of consulting experience focused on financial services.
• Deep understanding of Basel III, FICA and market dynamics.
• Proven ability to lead client engagements and manage project teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
