Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to oversee financial operations at our private hospital. The primary focus will be on cash flow management and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, and supporting strategic decision-making to deliver high-quality healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage cash flow, including forecasting, monitoring, and optimizing reserves to meet operational needs and obligations.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and financial reporting requirements, including tax filings, licensing, and statutory reports.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets, providing insights and recommendations for management decisions.
• Collaborate with departmental heads to develop and monitor budgets aligned with organizational goals.
• Conduct financial and variance analyses to identify improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable processes to optimize cash cycles and reduce risks.
• Coordinate audits and compliance reviews with external auditors and regulatory agencies.
• Support operational teams with financial planning, analysis, and performance monitoring.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in healthcare finance, implementing necessary changes.

Requirements :
