About the Role

As a Management Accountant – Leisure Envoyage, you'll be at the heart of financial strategy and performance, providing insights that shape decision-making and help drive sustainable growth. From preparing Profit & Loss statements and forecasts to partnering with business leaders, this role is essential in ensuring the financial health and success of Envoyage.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare month-end journals, reports, budgets, and forecasts
  • Analyse financial performance, expenses, and variances against budgets
  • Provide business leaders with insights to support strategic decisions
  • Deliver ad hoc financial and commercial analysis as needed
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards
  • Improve and maintain financial controls across the business
  • Reconcile travel and events spend, ensuring alignment with budgets
  • Partner with leaders on business transitions, systems, and reporting improvements
Qualifications
  • Degree in Business, Commerce, or Finance (CA(SA) or CIMA advantageous)
  • 3–5 years of finance experience, with 1–2 years in management accounting
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with systems such as Protas, GAS, SUN, or Oracle is a plus
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication, with proven stakeholder management skills
  • Self-driven, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
