Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• 3–5 years accounting experience, preferably in education.
• Professional designation (SAIPA/CIMA/ACCA) advantageous.
• Proficiency with Sage/Pastel; Salesforce experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close processes and ensure timely financial reporting.
• Perform reconciliations of bank and loan accounts and resolve variances.
• Maintain Fixed Asset Register and prepare journals and accruals.
• Ensure revenue recognition aligns with institutional policies.
• Prepare management accounts, budgeting and forecasting.
• Support VAT and tax filings and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee student accounts, invoicing, collection and reporting.
• Build reports and dashboards for financial monitoring.
