Based at the corporate head office in Midrand, with occasional travel to production sites outside Johannesburg, this position forms a key link between finance, operations, and strategy. The successful incumbent will be responsible for full management accounting, performance reporting, and financial analysis to support informed decision‑making in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and analyse monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance‑tracking processes across entities.
• Conduct detailed variance and trend analysis with actionable insights.
• Support commercial and operational teams with cost, margin, and profitability analysis.
• Develop financial models to support strategic business initiatives.
• Ensure integrity and accuracy of financial data within ERP systems.
• Strengthen internal controls, compliance, and process efficiency.

Job Experience & Skills Required

• BCom Accounting / CIMA qualification (completed or in progress).
• Minimum 5 years experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• Strong management reporting, analysis, and financial modelling skills.
• Advanced Excel and ERP system proficiency (SAP / Syspro advantageous).
• Commercially astute, detail‑oriented, and hands‑on approach.
• Immediate availability and ability to travel to operational sites required.
