Join to apply for the Management Accountant role at Ntice Sourcing Solutions Our leading automotive client is seeking a qualified and driven Management Accountant / Financial Controller to join their dynamic Retail Division, overseeing a portfolio of high-performing dealerships based in Milnerton. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of one of South Africa's largest independent automotive groups, with additional operations across fleet rentals, long-term vehicle rentals, and recreational vehicle rentals.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 2/3+ years' experience as a qualified accountant (Relevant Financial Degree preferable, Diploma as a minimum)
• Experience with Sage/Pastel or CDK/Autoline/Kerridge or similar accounting systems (highly advantageous)
• Strong analytical skill set
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, as the role involves direct interaction with the Group Financial Manager/Director
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, retail-driven environment
• Proven capability to work under pressure and meet strict month‑end deadlines

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and continuous improvement of management accounts
• Assisting with the implementation of finance department controls
• Review of accounts payable, accounts receivable, work‑in‑progress (WIP), bank allocations, ad‑hoc payments
• Preparation of VAT information from accounting systems
• Identifying and supporting resolution of finance‑related issues from other departments
• Monthly review of intercompany balances, including loans
• Financial audit liaison and preparation
• Reconciliations for specific focus areas
• Support on ad-hoc projects as required
