Candidates will support Major Incident Management and engage in various responsibilities. Must hold a BCom or BSc degree and have good communication skills. Responsibilities

• You will report to the Senior Manager Service Desk
• You will help with Major Incident Management support including status assessments engagement of teams whiteboard updates and communications and general incident management during major incidents.
• You will serve as the initial contact and facilitator for system-generated events regarding multiple systems and environments throughout the entire CSG environment.
• You will work variety of shifts to include weekends holidays or extra shifts
• You will be part of the 2025 Graduate Program which runs for 12 months
• You will be in the Cape Town office for at least 3 days in a week

You will be required to work USA hours on a rotational shift basis including weekends and public holidays (At least 1 weekend per month)
