In this role, you will provide maintenance management services, focusing on preventive and corrective maintenance. You’ll help customers by ensuring their equipment runs smoothly and stays up to date with the latest technology. Your work will make sure customers can rely on us for repairs, maintenance, and any future adjustments they may need.

More About the Role

You will be working at one of the top technical solutions companies in the Netherlands as a Maintenance Technician where you will get to tackle mechanical and electrical technical issues hands‑on. Your passion for troubleshooting and resolving electrical faults drives you to successfully complete tasks timeously and with quality workmanship.

Every day is different and each client may have their own requests. You will be working on various service projects and breakdowns on machinery at different clients where you can put your fault‑finding and maintenance skills to the test.

You will get the chance to apply your technical skills and knowledge in various industries as the clients are generally in the manufacturing industry, but also in food, pharma and process chemistry. You will be working different shifts and travelling to different client locations based on the client’s project. You work well independently, but also able to communicate and collaborate in a team.

What we are looking for
  • Studies completed in Millwright or similar technician education.
  • All‑round technician (Millwright with both mechanical and electrical experience)
  • Strong electrical background
  • Minimum of 4 years of working experience
  • Knowledge and experience in troubleshooting PLC's and variable speed drives is a plus
  • MBO4 level or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a technical role, such as breakdown service technician or maintenance technician
  • Preferred industry experience: food, pharma, heavy industry, (Petro)chemistry, manufacturing industry
  • Additional training and experience in process technology and automation.
  • Willingness and ability to work shifts
  • Afrikaans language is a plus
