Maintenance Supervisor

What Will You Do?

The Maintenance Supervisor directs day-to-day activities and assigns tasks as necessary. This role coordinates machine maintenance and Electro/Mechanical Tech resources to support the plant. Continuous improvement recommendations are expected to improve processes and systems corporate-wide. This position will also assist production management in the maintenance, training and operation of equipment. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for all activities and personnel associated with directing and supporting maintenance functions at a given Ashley location, which may include building, machine, and support groups depending on the location.

What Do You Need?

• Knowledge of troubleshooting and repairing CNC manufacturing equipment, PLCs, motor controls and mechanical assemblies
• Knowledge of programming PLCs, HMI and PC-based systems a plus
• Knowledge of working with three-phase power as well as a variety of different control voltages
• Ability to use all shop tools
• Ability to use all testing and measuring equipment and tools required to maintain or repair electromechanical control systems
