12 Hour shifts

1.5 days off per week

Responsibilities

• Take charge of all maintenance activities across the estate, ensuring they are carried out efficiently and to the highest standards.


• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas requiring repair or enhancement within the estate facilities.


• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work.


• Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and prolong equipment and facility lifespan.


• Manage maintenance supplies and equipment inventory, maintaining adequate stock levels.


• Prepare and maintain maintenance schedules and records using Microsoft Excel.


• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or projects.


• Being able to work with the Project Manager for the properties on new projects and repairs.


• Monitor maintenance expenses, adhering to budgetary constraints.


• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures during maintenance activities.


• Mentor maintenance staff to enhance skills and performance.


• Manage administrative tasks such as email correspondence, and staff scheduling.
