Responsibilities
- Take charge of all maintenance activities across the estate.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify repair needs.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing and HVAC.
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs.

- Prepare maintenance schedules and records using Excel.
- Coordinate with contractors for specialized repairs.
- Work with the Project Manager on new projects.
- Monitor maintenance expenses and ensure budget adherence.

Overview

Responsibilities
- Take charge of all maintenance activities across the estate, ensuring they are carried out efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas requiring repair or enhancement within the estate facilities.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work.
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and prolong equipment and facility lifespan.
- Manage maintenance supplies and equipment inventory, maintaining adequate stock levels.
- Prepare and maintain maintenance schedules and records using Microsoft Excel.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or projects.
- Being able to work with the Project Manager for the properties on new projects and repairs.
- Monitor maintenance expenses, adhering to budgetary constraints.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures during maintenance activities.
- Mentor maintenance staff to enhance skills and performance.
- Manage administrative tasks such as email correspondence, and staff scheduling.
