Duties & ResponsibilitiesOrder spares for storepurchase orders to be given to stores to look out for stock orderedspares to be ordered for technicians on site that can't make it to storesstock to be ordered once stores have confirmed no stock in storequotes to be requested from relevant suppliers first to determine who we will send the purchase orders totracking of all orderstransport of spares / equipment to be arrangedco-ordination of driver who collects spares / equipmentCapturing supplier invoicesbalancing creditorscompleting credit applicationsany other assistance where requiredQuotes to be done as per request from technicians
