  • Analyse equipment performance data and identify improvement opportunities through root cause analysis.
  • Maintain compliance with WCM, ISO, and SHEQ standards while supporting Saint‑Gobain’s governance and audit processes.
  • Strengthen plant‑wide reliability and efficiency through proactive maintenance planning and resource management.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and safety excellence.

If you have 3–5 years of experience in maintenance planning, preferably in a manufacturing or heavy industry environment, and enjoy working hands‑on with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) or similar CMMS/EWO systems, this role could be for you.

You’ll need solid exposure to preventive maintenance, breakdown analysis, job card planning, MRP systems, and resource allocation. A basic understanding of WCM fundamentals and ISO/SHEQ frameworks will set you apart. Analytical thinking, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills are key to success.

To make sure nothing is forgotten
  • Develop, review, and optimise preventive and corrective maintenance schedules in SAP PM.
  • Allocate manpower, parts, and time effectively while ensuring maintenance quality and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance histories and analytics to support audits and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor maintenance KPIs, breakdown trends, and cost metrics to drive plant efficiency.
  • Coordinate predictive maintenance tasks like vibration analysis, thermography, and lubrication.
  • Uphold compliance, safety, and risk standards while maintaining technical documentation libraries.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to support budgeting, critical spares management, and resource planning.
