Maintenance Operations Manager Role

The role of the Maintenance Operations Manager is crucial to the seamless operation of facilities and production equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute daily maintenance activities across all equipment, facilities, and utilities effectively.
• Respond promptly to machinery breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Maintain, service, and optimize detergent filling machinery and other production equipment regularly.
• Conduct routine inspections and implement preventative maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance.
• Manage maintenance logs, checklists, shutdown planning, and SHEQ compliance records accurately.
• Supervise junior maintenance staff and coordinate external contractors efficiently.
• Manage and monitor critical spares inventory proactively.
• Support production teams with technical troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives continuously.
• Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency.

About You

• We are looking for a candidate with 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing maintenance role with strong leadership skills.
• A solid mechanical and electrical maintenance background is essential.
• Hands‑on experience with filling or packing machinery (detergent, chemical, FMCG, or similar) is required.
• Proven fault‑finding ability across mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems is necessary.
