Maintenance Officer Luxury Country Estate – Location: Hazyview. Salary: R7500–R9000 Negotiable DOE Live Out.

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a qualified and experienced Maintenance Officer to join a luxury country estate in Hazyview. The successful candidate must be a qualified electrician with the ability to manage a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth running of the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical repairs, installations and preventative maintenance across the estate
• Conduct general maintenance duties to support the smooth operation of the property
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
• Perform routine inspections and report on any required repairs or replacements
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards
• Support the estate team with ad hoc maintenance-related duties as required

Requirements

• Qualified electrician with relevant certification and experience
• Previous experience in a maintenance role ideally within a hospitality or estate environment
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot effectively
• Strong knowledge of health and safety procedures
• Willingness to work night shifts as required
• Reliable and professional work ethic

Additional Information

Live-out position; however a standard room will be provided in the staff village for night shifts if needed
