Job Duties
  • Develop and implement maintenance procedures, policies and standards
  • Manage a team of maintenance staff and contractors
  • Plan and oversee all maintenance activities including repairs, installations, and inspections
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Monitor equipment and facilities to identify maintenance needs
  • Manage maintenance budgets and control costs
  • Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance work
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role
  • Knowledge of maintenance processes and techniques
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
