Job summary

A leading aftermarket parts retailer in South Africa is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance, engineering, and technical teams. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of relevant experience, particularly in automotive and warehousing environments, and will be responsible for maintaining various systems and managing staff. A Matric Certificate is required, and a Red Seal Trade Test is advantageous. Competitive salary based on experience.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• 5 years of experience managing maintenance, engineering and technical teams.
• Electrical and mechanical maintenance management experience within automotive and warehousing environments.
• Matric certificate required; Red Seal trade test an added advantage.
• Experience working on electrical systems (UPS, DB boards, air‑con, fire, alarm). 
• General facilities maintenance and management of a large warehouse environment.
• Maintain electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems.
• Provide engineering support.
• Manage staff.

Salary Structure
