• Ability to diagnose plant and equipment problems and identify opportunities for modification, upgrade, or replacement
• Approve store requisitions for spares and consumables
• Strong project management skills

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the Maintenance Strategy
• Lead and manage the Maintenance Team
• Analyze and interpret Planned Maintenance Reports (e.g., hours per department, per artisan)
• Analyze and interpret Breakdown Reports (e.g., manufacturing downtime, top-10 issues)
• Manage the implementation of engineering projects
• Support project activities to ensure objectives are met
• Contribute to managing project risks within the field of expertise
• Identify, suggest, and implement corrective actions to improve project quality
• Evaluate and enhance the performance of the project team
