You will oversee the day to day tasks of the maintenance needs of the specific cell including managing the Progressive Maintenance (PM) in the cell by eliminating maintenance and breakdown related losses. Perform a wide variety of maintenance duties including preventative, progressive, emergency, and routine maintenance and regular inspections. The Maintenance Lead will also act as a trainer, technical coach, resource, and mentor to cell crew by disseminating technical knowledge among operators.
