Job summary
Standard Profil Group in Cape Town is seeking a Maintenance Foreman to lead and develop the maintenance team, drive preventive and predictive maintenance, and improve equipment reliability to maximize plant uptime.
You will manage maintenance planning and spare parts inventory, support continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Trade Certification (Millwright, Fitter, Electrician or related field).
- 4-6 years' experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment.
- Leadership experience within maintenance teams.
- Experience with SAP PM or similar maintenance systems.
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLCs.
- Automotive industry.
