Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a Trade Tested Electrician in Stellenbosch, Western Cape. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in industrial electrical systems, strong knowledge of electrical maintenance, and the ability to comply with HACCP and safety regulations. This role requires flexibility to work shifts and perform maintenance on plant equipment.

Qualifications

• Trade Tested Electrician with a relevant technical qualification.

• Familiarity with HACCP, safety regulations, and legal compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical installations, preventative maintenance, and fault-finding on plant equipment.
• Respond quickly to breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
• Carry out building and basic plumbing / electrical repairs when required.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and HACCP.
• Uphold safety and housekeeping standards across all work areas.
