About the Role
The Maintenance Coordinator is an administrative operations role for all network maintenance activities, ensuring that ALL network outage tickets are attended to in a timely manner, field teams are dispatched effectively and the customer is kept informed throughout the process. This role is crucial for minimizing network downtime and maintaining a high standard of service by acting as the central communication hub between customers, field teams, and management. You will manage and prioritize all work orders, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and that all maintenance tasks are completed according to established service-level agreements. This role requires strong coordination skills between various internal and external stakeholders across various platforms and teams.
