Maintenance Technician (Millwright) - The Netherlands

About the Role
Various companies, based in the Netherlands, are seeking experienced junior electricians who have a broad skillset encompassing electrical and mechanical knowledge.
Positions are available as two-year contracts with the possibility of becoming permanent.
Remuneration for these positions are capped at € per month (Gross).
What you'll be doing
- General problem solving on machines, including electrical and some mechanical work.
- Logging and reporting of faults and repair procedures.
- Communicating with clients to provide remote assistance and skills transfer.
- Carrying out periodic inspections.
- Optimising production processes.
- Maintaining existing equipment and installing new equipment or upgrades.
- Interpretation of technical drawings.
What you'll need
- No candidate older than 28 years will be considered for this position.
- A valid South African driving license (can be converted to a Dutch driving license).
- Independent, firm personality, a great sense of responsibility, good analytical skills and a team spirit.
- A minimum of five years' experience working in a relevant field.
- Willing to travel within the Netherlands and perhaps internationally, if required.
- Willing to work flexible hours upon occasion.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is a must.
- Proficiency level of both written and spoken Afrikaans should be suitable for the work environment (professional level). Afrikaans speaking applicants will have an advantage due to similarity with Dutch.
