Applications are invited for the above-mentioned position in the Cellar Department based at Adam Tas in Stellenbosch. The successful applicant will report to the Cellar Team Leader.

  • Receiving and dispatch of product
  • Drawing of samples
  • Wine adjustments
  • Blending activities
  • Operation of machinery in cellar environment i.e. Sheet filter Crossflow Centrifuge Lenticular filter Verlcorin units.
  • Stocktaking
  • Housekeeping
  • Other ad-hoc duties
  • TPN participation
Requirements
  • Minimum Grade 12
  • Minimum of 1-3 years experience within a cellar environment
  • Be able to work on heights and confined spaces
  • Be able to work under pressure
  • Be able to work shifts
  • Must be a team player
  • Must have reliable transport to and from work
  • Be able to work overtime and weekends
