Job summary

Profile Personnel is recruiting for a Machine Operator in East London, Eastern Cape, South Africa. The ideal candidate will have a matric certificate and experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably automotive. Familiarity with Garp and OEE systems is essential.

Candidates must be flexible with shifts and be willing to learn maintenance duties. This role supports assembly and packing lines and requires an understanding of quality plans and other operational responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work shifts.
• Required to learn to do basic repairs and maintenance on all machines.
• Must do fault finding as part of operational duty.

Responsibilities

• Support the assembly line and packing line.
• Complete Hourly checks sheets and Daily scrap sheets.
• Understand Quality plans, product drawings, BOMs.
