Qualifications

  • Maintain all mechanical and electrical equipment.
  • Adhere to and keep in place a planned maintenance system.
  • Tend to breakdowns minimizing lost time.
  • Control of spares used.
  • Perform TPM.
  • Assist with machine alterations/upgrades.
  • Repair pneumatic cylinders and valves.

Purpose of the role
  • To maintain acceptable efficiency standards of the Plant and Machinery.
Key Responsibilities
Health & Safety
  • Compliance with all EH & S guidelines and procedures.
Key Tasks
  • Maintain all mechanical and electrical equipment.
  • Adhere to and keep in place a planned maintenance system
  • Tend to breakdowns in such a manner that there is minimal lost time.
  • Control of spares used
  • Perform TPM
  • Assist with projects i.e., alteration of machine / upgrades
  • Repair pneumatic cylinders, valves, and new installations, and perform basic maintenance
  • Housekeeping

  • Perform any other related duties in the interest of CEMZA as instructed.

  • Work according to Instructions / Procedures as pertaining to his / her operation function as assigned and abide by all legal (laws / by-laws) requirements / Company Policies and Practices
