Estée Lauder Companies in Cape Town is seeking a dynamic in-store Make-up Artist to deliver a welcoming and inspirational customer experience, combining creativity with technical expertise. You will support high-visibility events, maintain premium visuals, and collaborate with a performance-driven team to uphold our prestige beauty standards and training culture.

Certification in make-up artistry or retail experience is preferred; amateurs with demonstrated skill are welcome.

Qualifications

• Qualification in make-up artistry or retail make-up experience preferred.
• Ability to provide inspirational and personalized customer service.
• Able to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
• Experience with retail POS software.
• Right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.

As one of our highly skilled make-up artists you will combine your creative and technical expertise and passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience which educates and delights our customers.

You will also like working as part of a high performing team to create impact with in-store events and to ensure that the store always achieves our high standards of visual merchandising to stand out against our competitors.
