Qualifications

• At least 2-Years in an Assistant Managerial position of a luxury day/hotel Spa or cruise-ship spa.
• Beautifully groomed & professionally presentable.
• Own, reliable vehicle is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Spa Manager with overall operations and day to day management.
• Manage the spa in the absence of the Manager.
• Facilitate training and implementation of SOP's.

Skills

Confident in English language

Sales driven

Computer literate with booking systems

Knowledge of spa products

Education

Certification from a recognised Training facility
