Spitz in Cape Town invites applications for a Flexi Store Assistant to deliver world-class service and support daily store operations.

You will assist customers with purchases, manage stock and cash with precision, uphold our luxury brand standards, and adapt to flexible hours across weekends and peak trading times. Previous luxury or fashion retail experience is preferred, with a passion for high-end fashion and footwear, a matric/Grade 12, and a team-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12 (essential).
• 6–12 months retail experience (luxury or fashion preferred).
• Passion for high-end fashion, footwear and customer engagement.
• Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and peak hours.

Responsabilités

• Cash desk duties with accuracy and zero variances.
• Stock management, weekly counts and storeroom organisation.
• Deliver a premium shopping experience with product knowledge.
• Assist in order fulfilment and shoe pairing to maintain stock integrity.
