We’re thrilled to announce the Luckybeard UX Design Launchpad Programme for 2026.

The Luckybeard UX Design Launchpad is a 6-month paid internship and graduate program designed for emerging UX designers who are ready to take their first step into the world of experience design.

We’re looking for curious, thoughtful, and driven individuals who already have a foundation in user experience design whether gained through formal study, relevant training, or self‑teaching and are eager to apply their skills to real‑world projects that shape how people experience products and brands.

Join the Beards, a team of designers, strategists, technologists and problem solvers for a six‑month journey filled with hands‑on experience, guided learning, and personal mentorship from experienced UX professionals who’ll help you grow with purpose and confidence.

This is a paid, hybrid internship, based at Luckybeard’s offices in Irene and Rosebank.
