Job summary

A leading recruitment consultant is seeking a Territory Sales Manager based in Cape Town to drive LPG sales growth. The ideal candidate will own their territory, exceed sales targets, and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring safety standards. Candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant sales experience and a valid driver’s license. This position requires strong planning, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, making it ideal for proactive individuals in a target-driven environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ sales experience in LPG, industrial products, or technical sales.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle essential for field work.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while contributing to overall team success.
  • Identify and convert new customers through prospecting and solution-based selling.
  • Maintain regular contact with existing customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Showcase LPG appliances and demonstrate product benefits.
  • Build a realistic sales pipeline and align forecasts with business objectives.
  • Manage territory expenses and deliver healthy returns on investment.
  • Work closely with other departments to resolve issues.
  • Understand LPG applications, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Uphold HSSE standards and regulatory requirements.
