The Faculty in Umhlanga is seeking Centre-Based Online English Instructors to teach adult learners from around the world. You will deliver engaging online lessons, using interactive tools, and ensure lessons stay on schedule.

On-site work is required, including weekends, with a strong emphasis on classroom-friendly online platforms. Ideal candidates hold a 120-hour TEFL/TESOL certificate and a Bachelor's degree, along with comfort using digital teaching tools.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field — essential.
• 120-hour TEFL or TESOL certificate — essential.
• Based in or near Umhlanga, with reliable transport.
• Available to work on-site, including weekends.
• Strong computer literacy and confidence using online teaching tools.

Remuneration & Benefits

• Night shift allowance: Additional 10% of your basic hourly rate for hours worked between 18:00 and 06:00.
• Sundays: 1.5 times the applicable rate.
• South African public holidays: 2 times the applicable rate.
