Our client, a leading provider of soft furnishings in the UK, is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient E Commerce Operations Coordinator to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and streamlining the order fulfilment process, working closely with the warehouse team and utilising the inventory management and warehouse systems.

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently through the order management system.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfilment and shipment.
  • Resolve order discrepancies and address customer inquiries related to order status.
  • Generate and analyse reports to identify trends and areas for process improvement.
  • Assist in implementing and optimising order processing procedures.

Qualifications:

Outbound Sales Consultant – Long Term Insurance Products

  • Sell insurance packages (life cover, funeral cover, income protection, disability cover, critical illness) to potential clients.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Adhere to quality and compliance processes to minimise business risk.

  • Resolve complaints and objections.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric.
  • At least 2 years of experience within an outbound sales call centre.
  • Fluency in English and one other South African official language.
  • Commitment to the FAIS Act and meeting Fit & Proper qualification requirements.
  • Ability to work overtime.

Hours:

  • Willing and available to work overtime as and when required by the business.
  • Monday‑Friday 08:15‑16:15 (normal office hours).
  • Wednesdays 11:00‑19:00 (normal office hours).
  • Marathons run from 08:15‑19:00.
  • Overtime may take place on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 08:15‑19:00.

Compensation: R30 000 basic plus commission (negotiable).

Assist customers in placing, modifying or cancelling orders and ensure accurate entry of order details. Handle customer complaints about issues such as damaged items, incorrect orders or delivery delays, aiming to provide a satisfactory resolution. Offer detailed information about products, including specifications, availability and pricing, to help customers make informed decisions. Assist customers in tracking their orders, updating them on estimated delivery times, and resolving any issues with delivery. Guide customers through the return and refund process, ensuring company policies are followed and that customers receive timely updates. Record customer feedback and complaints to share with the relevant departments, helping the company improve its products and services.
