Job summary

All Star Placements in Sandton seeks a Tracking Controller responsible for ensuring data accuracy in tracking information supplied by logistics service providers. The role requires excellent MS Excel skills and strong data analysis experience to verify lot numbers, bag numbers and dates.

Key duties include discrepancy reporting, weekly and monthly tracking reports, and monitoring offload times. Ideal candidates will coordinate with LSPs, supervisors, and managers to ensure on-time delivery and

Qualifications

• Excellent MS Excel skills.
• Experience in data analysis, preferably in logistics.
• Experience with tracking data and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Analyse tracking data from logistics providers to verify lot, bag numbers and dates.
• Report discrepancies to LSPs via email and follow up until resolved.
• Identify cargo waiting over 48 hours for offload and coordinate with warehouses/LSPs.
• Prepare consolidated tracking reports three times weekly and share with stakeholders.
• Maintain stock and shipping schedules; provide monthly tracking summaries.
• Conduct weekly transit time analysis for management.
