Job summary
A leading HR solutions provider is seeking a candidate in Johannesburg to manage third party depot functions and logistics support. The ideal candidate must have Grade 12 education, be proficient in MS Office, and possess strong analytical skills. Responsibilities include managing stock, issuing reports, and supporting logistics KPIs nationally. This opportunity is located in South Africa's Gauteng region.
Responsibilities
- Execute all third party depot management.
- Manage the expired and at risk stock.
- Implement the SLA's for 3rd party depots.
- Assist with batch code allocations in Johannesburg and national depots when required.
- Manage scorecards of 3rd party depots.
- Issue daily reports as required.
- Manage the cash sales reconciliations and document submissions.
- Manage SCT processing and truck utilization.
- Monitor and collate early warning quality issues.
- Maintain the work procedures on the system.

Key Functions
3rd Party Administration :
- Execute all third party depot management
- Manage the expired and at risk stock
- Implement the SLA's for 3rd party depots
- Assist with batch code allocations in JHB and national depots when required
- Manage scorecards of 3rd party depots
- Issue daily reports as required
- Manage the cash sales reconciliations and document submissions
National Depot Support :
- Manage SCT processing / inputs and truck utilization
- Manage the expired or soon to be expired stock in all regions
- Manage and co-ordinate the logistics KPIs and feedback nationally
- Monitor and collate early warning quality issues
- Maintain the work procedures on the system
- Support administrative functions in all depots nationally
- Support National Logistics Managers in implementation of best practices nationally.
Key Requirements :
- Grade 12 and relevant tertiary education
- Proficient in MS Office and experience in using an ERP system
- Fluent in English
- Good verbal and written skills
