Qualifications

• Interest in supply chain management, logistics and operations.
• Completed Grade 12 or equivalent; tertiary education preferred in logistics or business.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
• Able to work in teams or independently, proactive and adaptable.
• Willing to learn in dynamic operational environments; relocation to Richards Bay area if needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing inventory levels and stock records.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations.
• Learn to optimize shipping routes and schedules.
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Participate in warehouse activities including receiving and dispatching.
• Understand import/export documentation and procedures.
• Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify improvements.
• Learn to use logistics software and management systems.
• Contribute to maintaining high standards of efficiency and safety.
