• Previous work experience in Warehousing and Distribution.
• SAP experience advantageous.

Job description

Your areas of responsibility:

• Plan and coordinate the movement of stock efficiently and cost-effectively (through accurate inventory deployment to branches).
• Ensure the timely planning of customer orders to support customer satisfaction (local and export).
• Collaborate with departments: Sales, Production, Warehouse & Customer Service to meet customer requirements and optimise logistics processes.
• Oversee the order-to-delivery process for bulk orders, acting as the primary coordinator between internal and external stakeholders.
• Support reporting on base oil inventory and manage the base oil call-off procedure (support role).

Qualifications and skills we are looking for:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or any related field.
• Previous work experience in Warehousing and Distribution (or supply chain).
• Previous SAP experience advantageous.
