Paramount International is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee the movement of goods, equipment, and materials across land, sea, and air.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage international logistics across road, maritime, and airfreight.
• Build strong partnerships with freight forwarders, airlines, and transport providers.
• Ensure compliance with customs, Incoterms, trade, and legal requirements.
• Oversee shipments from booking to final delivery.
• Implement systems for real-time tracking and standardised workflows.
• Align inventory and stock records across warehouses and business units.
• Mitigate risks linked to customs, security, and infrastructure challenges.
• Monitor KPIs, report to senior management, and drive cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in international logistics and supply chain management, with significant exposure to African markets.
• Proven knowledge of freight forwarding, Incoterms, customs procedures, and logistics contracts.
• Experience implementing logistics management systems and ensuring visibility across multiple units and countries.
• Strong understanding of land freight across African corridors, as well as air and sea freight coordination.
• Exceptional organizational, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in challenging environments with resilience and adaptability.
