Location: Camperdown - South Africa

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the logistics system with real-time vehicle status, inventory data, and movement records.
- Regularly update SGT with carrier, fleet, and driver details.
- Prepare and verify transport documentation (e.g., gate passes, BOLs, delivery receipts).
- Coordinate vehicle movements with internal teams, customers, and carriers.
- Ensure daily Box quality control and resolve any discrepancies.
- Monitor and report yard inventory issues promptly.
- Support the Logistics Planner with scheduling and vehicle tracking.
- Liaise with carriers and drivers to collect and confirm transport documents.
- Assist in vehicle inspections, document damages, and ensure accurate system updates.
- Track Veridot / Datadot fitments and maintain SGT / Enatis alignment.
- Support reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Follow all safety, compliance, and operational procedures.

What You Bring:
- Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. 1–2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or warehousing (preferred).
- Familiarity with logistics / yard / transportation management systems (a plus).
- Understanding of DOT regulations is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Solid understanding of logistics and freight documentation.
- Experience in inventory control and reconciliation.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Excel and logistics platforms.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
