We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will support our logistics and supply chain operations to ensure the smooth, timely, and cost-effective delivery of goods and materials.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations.
  • Process and manage orders, invoices, and shipping documentation.
  • Track shipments and address delivery or scheduling issues.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
  • Liaise with suppliers, transport companies, and internal departments.
  • Support the Logistics Manager with daily administrative tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Requirements

Requirements

  • Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent (a diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is an advantage).
  • 1–2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or procurement.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
