Position : Logistics Assistant As a Logistics Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our logistics department.

You will be responsible for supporting the logistics team in coordinating and managing the movement of goods and materials, from the point of origin to the final destination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of logistics operations
  • Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Track and monitor shipments to ensure they are delivered on time and in good condition
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of all shipments, including invoices and delivery receipts
  • Assist in the management of inventory levels and ensure proper storage and handling of goods
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient logistics processes
  • Identify and resolve any issues or delays in the logistics process
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with company policies and procedures
