Are you a logistics enthusiast with a passion for coordination and exceptional communication?
We’re looking for a proactive Shipping and Client Services Administrator to ensure the smooth execution of all logistics and administrative tasks. In this role, you’ll be vital in keeping our day‑to‑day operations efficient — managing local, export, and import dispatches, handling client communications, and overseeing repairs and calibrations.
Manage dispatches, coordinate with couriers, issue waybills, and ensure smooth local transportation.
Track and monitor goods in transit, providing timely updates to clients.
Liaise with freight forwarders and handle all export documentation.
Prepare and review shipping documents, manage pre‑verification inspections, and update clients throughout the shipping process.
Collaborate with suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure efficient import clearance.
Organize dispatches, coordinate with authorities, and submit documentation to Finance for processing.
Manage RMA intake and warranty claims, ensuring timely dispatches and updates.
Coordinate training sessions and work closely with the Field Services team to support clients.
Apply your knowledge of INCOTERMS to oversee import/export documentation.
Monitor shipping budgets, resolve logistical issues, and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Experience in transport or logistics administration.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
A tertiary qualification in Logistics (advantageous).
Familiarity with South African import/export procedures (preferred).
